2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse the payments we have received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (if any), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
3. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period for most products, starting from the date you receive your order. This extends beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period for EU consumers.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product seal must be intact
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products with broken or missing seals
- Products that have been damaged by the customer
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions and the return address
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Step 4: Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method

6. Return Shipping Costs
6.1 Standard Returns: If you are returning a product under our 30-day return policy, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
6.2 EU Withdrawal Right: If you are exercising your 14-day withdrawal right as an EU consumer, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
6.3 Defective or Incorrect Products: If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the product.
7. Refund Process
7.1 Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
7.2 Processing Time: If you exercise the EU right of withdrawal, we will process the refund within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, and we may withhold reimbursement as described above until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them back. For returns under our extended 30-day policy, refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
7.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
7.4 Refund Amount: You will receive a refund according to the basis of your return. For EU withdrawals, this includes the product price and the cost of standard delivery (if any). Original shipping costs are not refundable for returns under our extended 30-day policy unless you are returning a defective or incorrect product.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
9. Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
10. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow the return process outlined above.
11. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
